The purpose of this questionnaire is to understand the cultural identity of those who have lived abroad before the age of 18 and the cultural adjustment these individuals experience upon returning to their country of origin. There are three sections within this questionnaire. Each section will take approximately five minutes to complete. In completing this questionnaire, please be honest; there are no right or wrong answers. Identifiable personal details have deliberately been omitted to ensure anonymity of responses.
